Manage the full recruitment process.
Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and disciplinary matters to maintain a positive work culture.
Ensure compliance with Malaysia's Employment Act and internal HR policies.
Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of HR experience
, with at least
2 years in a leadership or senior executive role

Proficient in Mandarin and English
(spoken and written).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, handle confidential matters with discretion, and lead a small team effectively.
