Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and executing the company\'s full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment & selection, payroll processing, talent development, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, training, performance management & staff discipline to ensure smooth daily operations in accordance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures as well as Malaysia Employment Laws.
• To carry out recruitment plans and activities to achieve timely requisition of manpower for the company and departmental operating requirements.
• Responsible company payroll is on time and accurate.
• To act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
• To monitor the company\'s yearly training plan to upgrade and improve employees\' competencies level; based on the company\'s business direction.
• To ensure the implementation of company policy and rules & regulations are in line with the company\'s goals and employees\' needs.
• To liaise with our group of companies when necessary.
• Oversee the company\'s administrative function and outsourced services, including general purchasing, management of the office premises, facilities and all office equipment and property, ensuring workplace safety and provision of working tools.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experienced over 5 years in HR/Admin manager
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management /Administration or equivalent
• Good in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, HR System and other related computer skills.
• Possess leadership skills, good team working skills, leadership skills, managerial skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving
• Good knowledge and understanding of Legal such as the Employment Act, Labour Law and Industrial Relations Act and General Affairs
