A global leading MNC manufacturer is looking a hands-on
Human Resources Manager
to lead their growing HR and Admin team and drive people strategies that align with their business goals.
Role Description
Lead and manage the HR & Admin team in executing HR strategies, policies, and day-to-day operations.
Drive end-to-end HR operations covering recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
Oversee industrial relations matters including handling disciplinary issues, domestic inquiries, and etc.
Oversee foreign worker administration, including recruitment, permit renewals, accommodation, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Partner with management to support organizational growth, culture, and retention strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labor law, and foreign worker management.
Hands-on leader with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
