JOB SCOPERole : Human Resource Manager

  • Responsible for the overall HR department functions, staffing plan, human resources planning, performance and remuneration plan, and implement the implementation after approval by management.
  • Coordinate recruitment, according to the company\'s human resources planning and various departments production, management requirements, the implementation of new staff introduction and deployment work.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the company policies, the organization of the implementation of the company\'s remuneration and performance assessment and the implementation of rewards and punishments, and establishment of various incentive systems and distribution.
  • Coordinate the organization of talent development work, implement the recruitment plan, assist employees in establishing career planning integrated with the development of the company.
  • Establish good labour relations with JTK and deal with labour disputes in a timely manner, also achieve well in managing file system.
  • In the development of company culture, shaping, maintaining, developing and disseminating the company\'s corporate culture and enhancing the brand image of the company.
  • Accept the business guidance, work arrangement and work supervision from the Group\'s Human Resources Department and complete all work as required by the top management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational background: Bachelor\xc3\xa2s degree or and above, good experience in human resources management, Psychology, Management, or any related disciplines.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, strong logic, good writing ability and report writing ability.
  • Working experience: at least 5 years of relevant management experience, having served as a department head of organization for at least 3 years
  • Has management experience of the HR manager of the same manufacturing industry factory size of not less than 300 people.
  • Proficiency in human resource management knowledge and application to various management processes and human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, salary design, performance appraisal, training and system building;
  • Received training in human resource management, organisational behaviour, internal training instructors, management capacity development, etc;
  • Able to understand the core values, operating model, direction of development, HR needs and weakness of the business and provide the necessary support based on business realities.
  • Familiar with national, regional and corporate policies, laws, regulations and systems on contract management, payroll systems, employment mechanisms, insurance and benefits, corporate culture, etc.
  • Able to carry out all the work of human resources independently, reasonably assign work tasks and guide the staff to work together to achieve departmental work objectives.
  • Equipped with strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability, execution skills, word processing skills, good team spirit, awareness of services and learning ability.
