Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation\'s overall goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to the executive team in all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, and organisational development. Drive cultural initiatives that foster an inclusive and high-performance work environment. 2. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various functions and levels. Develop and execute effective talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning. Implement best practices for onboarding, orientation, and integration to enhance employee engagement and retention. 3. Employee Relations and Compliance: Act as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Provide guidance and support in resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation. 4. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation team to develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are in line with industry standards and trends. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend enhancements as needed. 5. HR Analytics and Reporting: Develop and implement HR metrics, analytics, and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of HR programs and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR, applying innovative approaches to enhance HR processes and systems. 6. Visa and Immigration Support: Act as a key point of contact for visa and immigration matters pertaining to foreign employees. Collaborate with relevant authorities, legal advisors, and immigration consultants to ensure compliance with immigration laws and facilitate smooth visa processes for foreign hires. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance. Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organisational success. Strong expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and performance management. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation. Experience in managing and leading HR teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work culture. Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, AIHR) are highly desirable. Must be based in Malaysia.
