Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR department\'s day-to-day operations, including maintaining employee records, managing employee benefits, conducting performance evaluations, and resolving disputes. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for employee development and training, identifying and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time on-site role located at Plaza Arkadia, Desa Parkcity. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Experience in managing employee benefits and payroll. Experience in employee development, training, and performance evaluations. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Professional HR certification is preferred.
