The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting recruitment and onboarding, and providing HR advice and support to the organization. The role will require a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Ability to handle employee relations and confidential matters
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
