The role focuses on strategic HR management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance, and driving HR initiatives that support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment for local, foreign, and contract employees. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management. Develop training and development programs to support business and compliance requirements. Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation benchmarking. Ensure compliance with labor laws, IR Act, and statutory requirements.
