Candidates must possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/postgraduate diploma or professional degree in human resource management or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Labor Law, SOCSO, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Immigration, LHDN and foreign worker requirements.
Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources
Experience in using Info-Tech payroll software or a similar system.
Be familiar with the ISO:9001 2015 Quality Management Standard requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
A self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Outlook MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint for reporting and data.
