Human Resources Manager

Job Description


  • Candidates must possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/postgraduate diploma or professional degree in human resource management or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Labor Law, SOCSO, Industrial Relations Act 1967, Immigration, LHDN and foreign worker requirements.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources
  • Experience in using Info-Tech payroll software or a similar system.
  • Be familiar with the ISO:9001 2015 Quality Management Standard requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Outlook MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint for reporting and data.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month Benefits:
