Prime responsibilities include managing of monthly payroll administration, HR budget, employee retention, market survey, managing of Human Resource Information System.
Responsible for updating personal records.
Ensure timely preparation of payroll, processing of overtime and statutory payment.
Collate payroll information, process, reports and handling of queries pertaining to payroll and compensation & benefit matters.
Compile monthly overtime and allowance submission according to the timeline given by verifying and validating the supporting document.
Management of compensation and benefits matters.
Handling of staff promotion, salary adjustment, upgrading, Performance Management System and other employment related matters.
Preparing of manpower planning, compensation and benefit budget and monitoring the utilization of the budget.
Responsible for keying in all staff records in HRIS.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource
1-2 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing inCompensation and Benefits.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Possess excellent internal personal & communication skills.
