At P&G, HR is a close partner to the business and delivers HR solutions to meet business goals and strategies. This HR Business Account Manager (BAM) role is based in Malaysia, overlooking employees in Malaysia.

You will be the HR leader of a diverse organization and lead people strategies to build a world-class business unit. You will work closely with HR leaders of different HR pillars and work on projects impacting all Malaysia-based employees across multiple business units.

Your team

This role reports to Country HR Manager within the team.

How success looks like

• Grasp the fundamentals of organization drumbeats, HR aspects related to business strategies
• Familiarize with the HR policies and start assisting on employee queries and issues
• Partner with senior leaders of each team on building organization engagement plans for the fiscal year
• Seen as a key partner on specific HR pillars
• Build a strong inspiring organization with high engagement scores, capable people managers and motivated employees.
• Elevate HR strategies to be a key business driver for the business unit

Responsibilities of the role

• Build positive relationships with organization across different levels and be the pulse of the organization
• Lead all aspects of all HR processes and be a strong partner to business leaders to meet business objectives
• Be recognised as a HR subject matter expert to solve employee issues and craft sound and sustainable business approaches.
• Plan and execute HR programs for a highly engaged and capable organization (onboarding programs, trainings, people-manager courses, rewards and recognition, salary and benefits, team-bonding etc)
• Stay close to ground acting as a channel for employee feedback, and proactively solving employee issues.

Job Qualifications

• At least a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Preferably have at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Outstanding interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
• Collaboration skills \xe2\x80\x93 effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence the business
• Excellent administrative skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to plan, organize, and execute vital activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
• Extreme learning agility \xe2\x80\x93 able to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment
• Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to
