Job Description

In this role, the HR Manager will be responsible for taking the lead on the HR function and team. From driving initiatives, updating policies and establishing best practices, this is a varied managerial level role which requires strategic thinking.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Drive programmes and frameworks around talent management, career progression, employee engagement and well-being.
  • Partner with the senior leadership team on people growth strategies and their implementation.
  • Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, and training processes to ensure a high-quality workforce.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and performance issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development and engagement of employees.
  • Maintain and update company policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with management to maintain a positive company culture.

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop HR processes and policies.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
  • Strong ability across many facets of the HR ecosystem, from HR strategy, to operations, generalist and talent management.
  • Able to work with regional stakeholders across multiple plant locations.
