: What You\'ll Be Doing Responsible for managing and implementing all aspects of HR including workforce planning, talent development and succession management, employee relations, performance management, talent retention, compensation planning, learning and development support and change management initiatives that support the business unit in achieving its goals. Counsel and coach managers on management best practices, HR processes, policies, regulations and other sensitive HR issues. Ensure resolution of employee relations concerns including management of compliance investigations with related analysis and documentation. Partner with management in implementing workforce planning, organization designing and span of control. Facilitate talent management program activities (including, but not limited to identification of high potential employees, development planning and succession planning). To partner with COE to support constant changing labor laws and regulations in Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Prepare monthly ASEAN HR reporting for data analysis and workforce planning. Support in logistics arrangement and site execution for HR engagement activities. Any other ad hoc project assigned by manager. What We Are Looking For Requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree or 8 years and an advanced degree or equivalent related experience.
