Job Description


  • Lead and manage the comprehensive spectrum of Human Resources Development and Management functions within the organization.
  • Provide strategic direction for the HR administrative team.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR administrative functions.
    Payroll Management:
  • Take charge of payroll accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the finance department to facilitate smooth payroll transactions.
  • Cultivate positive industrial relations, mediating and resolving conflicts.
  • Uphold a harmonious work environment through proactive employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement innovative employee engagement strategies.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to discern staffing needs and execute timely hiring procedures.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs.
  • Foster an environment that supports continual professional development and growth.
  • Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.
  • Institute proactive measures to mitigate legal risks related to human resources.
  • Work in tandem with the finance department to manage HR-related budgets and expenditures.
  • Collaborate on financial planning aligned with human resources initiatives.
  • Generate insightful reports on key HR metrics for management review.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized HR records to ensure data integrity.
  • Led the development and revision of HR policies in alignment with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Communicate and ensure adherence to HR policies across the organization.
  • Implement and oversee robust performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance on performance evaluations, development plans, and recognition initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the HR function.
