Bhd. is a leading 360 Advertising and Media Consultancy that provides services covering both Traditional and Digital Media, including Influencers and Social Media takeover. The company has been serving clients from various industries, profiles including corporate, SMEs, and government bodies for over 5 years from Shah Alam. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations including recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development Experience in performance management and employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification such as SHRM or HRCI is preferred Experience in the advertising or media industry is a plus
