JOB SCOPE - HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, payroll, training, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations. Oversee staff attendance, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements. Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory submissions together with the Accounts Department. Manage employee records, contracts, confirmation, promotion, and resignation processes. Organize staff training, development programmes, and performance evaluations. Handle staff grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary proceedings. Advise Management on manpower planning and organizational development. Monitor staff welfare, benefits, and staff engagement activities. Conduct internal audits on HR compliance and disciplinary issues. Coordinate with government authorities on labour matters. Prepare HR reports for Management and Directors. Ensure confidentiality of employee records and company information. Enforce company rules and disciplinary policies consistently. Assist Management in handling sensitive employee matters. Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirement



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4 years of working experience in human resource management. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and industrial relations. Experienced in handling disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and staff misconduct cases. Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and statutory compliance. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Able to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism. Willing to travel to project sites when required. Possess own transportation is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
