Requirements: * 5 Years of experience as a Human Resources Manager. * Can handle a full spectrum of Human Resources and other related matters. * Qualifications: Master/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management. Job Overview: Responsible for HR operations, manpower planning, HR strategies, process improvement and organization excellence. Duties & Responsibilities in Jovian Group\xe2\x80\x99s companies:
  • HR Operation
Ensure that all HR transactional activities and standards comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards. Supervising & overseeing HR operation function, HR policies, and SOP to maintain a positive work environment. Keep abreast of the ongoing employment practices and the emerging changes in the employment laws locally and adhere to compliance. Actively review, develop, and implementation of HR policies, memo, handbooks, plans, and processes in accordance with the Company\'s direction and legal requirements. Developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing the employee handbook, company policies, rules, and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes, and regulations. Interpret and advise on Employment Act. Maintain a culture of teamwork, respect, trust, and cooperation where employees are supported.
  • Recruitment and selection
To arrange and manage manpower planning, recruitment, and selection process by developing a job description, preparing job advertisements, selecting and shortlisting candidates, interview arrangements, and interview panel.
  • Onboarding
In charge of the entire onboarding process from fulfilling document checklist, to-do list, informing relevant department or HOD, Induction Program to staff performance review.
  • Offboarding
In charge of the entire offboarding process from fulfilling handover checklist, to-do list, asset management, finalizing and ceasing of employee benefits, informing relevant department or HOD, conduct Exit Interviews to staff departure.
  • Performance management
Conduct Key Performance indicators (KPI). Organize and administer employee consultation, counseling, and grievances and implement disciplinary procedures. Escalate to respective department/ level on matters of grievances.
  • Payroll
Timely and accurate process of monthly full timer & part timer (local and foreign worker) payroll including updating of employee movement (new join, resignee, transfer, relocation, etc), change of employee status (evaluation, confirmation, promotion, etc), inputting variable components (overtime, commission), correct input of statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc) and change of employee benefit limits (medical ,insurance, parking allowance, etc). Prepare multiple HR-related letters, reports, and proposals. Employee Claim & Leave Management Performance Management Initialize and assist in yearly performance management matters.
  • Manpower Planning
In charging of forecasting and planning of manpower allocation. Understanding employee\xe2\x80\x99s skillset and competency for better job deployment in order to achieve maximum potential and productivity.
  • HR Strategy Planning
Be pro-active to HR related issue. Able to anticipate issue before it arise and manage the risk accordingly. Providing innovative solutions for HR simplification and digitalization. Designing and implementing a comprehensive HR function. Develop and recommend plans and activities to improve the current HR system and process development.
  • Career Development
Work with managers to identify top-performing employees who could serve as replacements. Map out career path for potential candidate and succession plan for Managerial position. Monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
  • Industrial relations (IR)
Investigates and resolves all disciplinary and HR issues/disputes, including investigations, disciplinary action, suspension, and termination of employment. To oversee employees\' discipline and their compliance with company rules and policies.
  • Health, Safety and Environment
Creating and implementing health awareness and safety regulations in the workplace. Identifying work activities that could cause injury or illness and taking action to eliminate the hazard, or if this isn\xe2\x80\x99t possible, control the risk. Provide workers information about the risks in their workplace and how they are protected, also instruct and train them on how to deal with the risks. Consult employees on health and safety issues
  • Others
Maintaining personal files. Reply auditor queries Point of contact for statutory board Assist in any other tasks assigned Job Type: Contract Salary: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
