Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of market trends to ensure the organization\'s compensation packages remain competitive.
Identify training and development needs across the organization through close collaboration with department heads and performance evaluations.
Deliver training programs to enhance employees\' skills and capabilities.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and a strong culture within the organization.
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
5-8 years of human resource management experience preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
