Develop strong relationship with business groups in order to identify and develop HR priorities based on the business strategy. These will includes people development, workforce and resource planning, compensation and benefits, change management;
Drive the people review process, work with managers to create individual development and succession plans to improve capability of the teams;
Drive the Performance Management process within business. Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance issues and provide coaching and support to managers on improving teams and individual performance;
Develop strong partnering relationships with business groups in order to identify and develop HR priorities based on business strategy;
Act as liaison to governmental compliance agencies as required. Ensure consistent application of policies/procedures including but not limited to recruiting, training, reward and recognition and associate development .
Work closely with Corporate HR in specific HR project/agenda in line with HR priorities as and when needed.
Review company\xe2\x80\x99s HR policies and daily management procedure according to Malaysia laws;
Develop HR annual planning and budget, monitor manpower costs, manage manpower efficiency.
