Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management.
Handle employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Support recruitment activities when required.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees, including drivers and other staff.
Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and recorded accurately.
Handle and manage drivers' records, including employment contracts, license renewals, and compliance documents.
Manage drivers' benefits such as allowances, insurance, medical claims, and other entitlements.
Job Requirements
Relevant diploma or above
Minimum 1 years of experience
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
