Job Description

Requirements:



- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience

- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Job description:



1) HR Management

- Monitor employees' leave records, attendance, and performance.

- Oversee the health and safety of all employees.

- Monitor the confirmation period for new employees and coordinate with department heads.

2) Recruitment and Onboarding

- Conduct recruitment for office and site projects.

- Prepare letters and memos related to HR.

- Prepare the new employee onboarding checklist.

3) Policy and Compliance

- Implement office standards, policies, and procedures.

- Ensure staff compliance with company policies.

- Liaise with government bodies related to HR to ensure regulatory compliance.

4) Records Management

- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in both hard and soft copies.

- Prepare and supervise all incoming and outgoing letters.

5) Administrative Support

- In charge of staff travelling arrangements.

- Update staff personal data in the system.

- Prepare and contribute to the Minutes of Meeting.

- Assist in ad-hoc company events.

- Provide support and management services to various divisions when needed.

- Perform other duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
