Assist in the daily of HR activities including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits,
Recruitment, Training and Employee Relations. Responsible for compliance of all statutory
requirements; EPF, LHDN, Socso and liaising with Government Agencies.
Perform general and office administration works for the smooth running of office which
inclusive of but not limited to: insurance, telephone system, stationary management,
maintenance of office equipment, monitoring office expenditures, utilities monitoring
company/outlets licenses and contracts.
Assist in the preparation for HR documentations and administrations - employment and
termination letters, appraisals, staff confirmation and others.
Assist in the handling and dealing with employee relation issues that included employee
counseling, misconduct investigation, disciplinary handling, domestic inquiry and so on.
Responsible to brief staff on company's policies & procedures and able to conduct training
is an added advantage.
Experience in dealing with foreign workers and liaising with Immigration department.
To perform other duties as assigned by superior from time-to-time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Management, Human
Resources or equivalent.
Must be computer literate, active & posses' good communication skill.
1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
Able to work under pressure & own transport.
