Job Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field.
Fully understand on HR matters and best practices.
Good teamwork and proactive.

Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff members.
Creating programs aimed at improving employee relations.
Ensuring employees receive accurate pay and benefits.
Presenting compensation and benefits comparison reports to the executive team.
Advocating for equality, health, and safety within the organization.
Ensuring company employment policies comply with national laws and regulations.
Providing guidance to executives on salary matters, redundancy, and employment law.
Managing and processing confidential information securely.

Pay: RM2,550.00 - RM3,550.00 per month
