Human Resources Operations Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our HR operations processes while fostering positive employee relations. Your expertise in HR operations and your ability to handle employee concerns with empathy and professionalism will be crucial for this role. You will be also responsible for developing and executing strategies that foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding tracking, offboarding tracking, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Support on other ad hoc and HR administrative tasks
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, grievances, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with HR and leaders to create an environment that promotes work-life balance and overall well-being.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on employee engagement metrics and progress.
  • Develop, implement, and lead employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with the company\'s values and goals.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of engagement initiatives, and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and results.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to assess employee satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to leadership as needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in HR
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to address employee concerns effectively.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and impactful initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Passion for creating a positive and vibrant work culture.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • Strong-bias for action
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
