Collect and compile daily attendance, timesheets, and overtime claims.
Ensure all data is accurate and submitted within payroll deadlines.
Flag and report any irregularities or discrepancies to the HR or Payroll Officer.
Employee Records :
Maintain and update employee records in the physical files.
Record changes such as new joiners, resignations, and employee movement accurately.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
Assist in collecting onboarding documents and setting up new employee profiles.
Help with exit documentation and clearance processes.
General HR Administration:
Respond to basic queries related to attendance, leave, or payslips.
Support other HR activities as required, including document filing and report preparation.
Assist to send Foreign worker for FOMEMA if required.
Assist to report any dicipline report to HQ

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
