Assist in placing job advertisements on various job sites and social media platforms.
Plan and coordinate interview schedule with shortlisted candidates and hiring manager.
Keeping records of resumes in a database.
Overtime payment administration by matching, monitoring and checking overtime record, absenteeism record, attendance record for every department.
Initiate innovative employee programs from time to time in order to minimize gaps within levels of employment and assist employees in maintaining "work-life" balance.
Assist in onboarding management for new hires - issuance of company properties (ID card/ Car park season pass), liaise with respective person in charge on seating arrangement and IT equipment, arrangement and schedule induction session.
Assist in employee leave administration in terms of record tracking, inform employee of leave approval and leave balance.
