We are looking for an HR (Protege) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, HR administration, and compensation & benefits (C&B). This role offers an opportunity to learn and develop essential HR skills while supporting the company's day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an organized database of resumes and candidate information.
Prepare and update employee files, HR documents, and related records.
Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
Monitor and verify overtime, absenteeism, and attendance records across all departments.
Assist in preparing accurate data for overtime payments and other payroll-related activities.
Provide support in benefits administration and employee claims.
Assist in HR reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
