Requirements

Posses at least Diploma in related field and equivalent
At least 1 year experience in recruitment
Posses own transportation
Able to travel
Result-oriented and sales-oriented
Knowledgable in corporate sales.
Team player
Enjoy challenge and fast pace environment
Dress code requirement is strictly follow corporate attire

Responsibilities

Negotiating contracts
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
Drawing up short-lists
Organising interviews and selection events
Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
Client visit when necessary
Provide HR consulting to client and candidates
Participate in career fair when necessary
