Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Own reliable transportation and willing to travel as required.
• Result-oriented and sales-oriented mindset, ability to drive recruitment targets.
• Knowledgeable in corporate sales and HR practices.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to strictly follow corporate dress code and professional conduct.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Publish job advertisements across various channels and manage talent sourcing efforts.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various departments.
• Negotiating contracts.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
• Drawing up short-lists.
• Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
• Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• Client visit when necessary
• Provide HR consulting to client and candidates
• Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
