1. Source candidates independently using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to build a strong talent pool for various roles.
2. Conduct professional headhunting activities without solely relying on job portals, focusing on proactive search strategies and targeted outreach.
3. Screen, evaluate, and engage with candidates through direct outreach, including messaging, initial interviews, and qualification checks.
4. Maintain candidate relationships by keeping a pipeline of potential future hires and ensuring ongoing engagement for relevant opportunities.
5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
6. Act as a Business Analyst to identify and engage potential new clients, including conducting market research, analyzing hiring trends, and supporting business development activities.
7. Handle ad-hoc recruitment and administrative tasks as required to support daily operations and team efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related fields
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
Strong responsibility, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Confident in communicating professionally with clients and candidates
Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and online recruitment platforms
