Job Description


A Human Resources Senior Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of Human Resources Department. To establish and maintain excellent team member relations and morale to achieve a high standard of team member performance in line with Hilton\xe2\x80\x99s guest satisfaction objectives, as well as the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s business and strategic plans. What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Senior Executive, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Officer will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Team members Requisitions - ensure the respective dept submit the TMs requisition form to HR upon a TM resign.
  • Screening of potential candidate for interviews, make recommendation for hiring.
  • Ensure minimum requirement is met before hiring a new TM \xe2\x80\x93 2 reference check & background check with the Security Dept, budgeting (salary & manning), medical check-up etc.
  • \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure each department job description is up-to-date.
  • Developing behavioral Interviewing question for every department of the hotel.
  • Organization of hotel offer letters: New Hire, Promotion, Transfer, Change of title etc.
  • Ongoing tabulation of hotel recruitment.
  • Hotel personal files - ensuring all documents are updated in the TMs physical files.
  • Interviewing transfer TMs, ensure respond are being process effectively.
  • TMs verification letters \xe2\x80\x93 for the purpose of loan, embassy, studies etc.
  • Ensure that the hotel organizational chart is updated from time to time.
  • To manage all matters involved in any inter-hotel support, ie cross exposures, food promotions, specialized supports etc.
  • Completion of TMs probation review.
  • Updating of hotel movement, manning activities etc.
  • Coordination of the hotel Career opportunities \xe2\x80\x93 Departmental updates, Taleo, etc
  • Weekly updates of TMs resignation/transfer out.
  • Check-list for new hire: Welcome pack, bank letter etc.
  • Payroll documents to paymaster.
  • Parking allocation \xe2\x80\x93 distribution & organizing for payroll purposes.
  • Deletion reports for AIA & Medilink.
  • Confirmation notification to the respective department
  • Notify the respective HODs on TMs due for point increment.
  • All TMs\xe2\x80\x99 Personal Development Review \xe2\x80\x93 ensure all department submit their TMs PDR.
  • Tabulating the annual increment letter
  • Responsible for monthly Dashboard report to be submitted to Singapore Regional Office.
  • Responsible for monthly Owners report.
  • Arrangement of all expatriate\xe2\x80\x99s work permit documentation.
  • Expatriates\xe2\x80\x99 accommodation if necessary. Liaising with the real estate agent, housekeeping etc.
  • Registering expatriates\xe2\x80\x99 into their respective insurance program
