Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities
Responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing and resolving employee relations issues, promoting positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details
Overseeing all aspects of global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, international relocations, immigration compliance, and cross-border payroll administration
Formulating and implementing policies to streamline workflow and enhance productivity
Notify internal teams of personnel changes
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts
Improving employee relations by working towards bolstering relationships both within and across different departments/regions
Prepare various HR reports according to business or internal HR needs to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration incl. payroll management or data management /analysis
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business courses.
Strong problem-solving skills and result oriented
Strong data processing and analytical skills
Excellent MS office skills (MS Excel) and familiarity with HRIS and HCM software such as SAP Success Factors
Team player
Good command of oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
