Job Description
International College of Creative Arts Technology (Cats College) , a private higher education institution located in Petaling Jaya is recruiting Human Resource Executive to manage its cyclical HR processes. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures to support the organization\'s mission and vision. This position reports directly to the HR Director and works closely with other department and employees across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have knowledge & experience in the following areas: - Recruiting and developing pipeline for talent requirement - Creating job descriptions that clearly define the responsibilities of each position - Overseeing employee benefits packages and establishing procedures to manage these benefits - Administering and managing confidential payroll requirements - Managing policies regarding employee conduct, performance management/evaluation systems, leaves of absence Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR Management or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with Malaysia Labour law and it practices will be added advantage. For Malaysian Citizen only.
