Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers\' requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform plan preventive maintenance \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform others task when required
