Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the local compliance review of HVAC professional drawings and construction techniques;

2. Prepare the HVAC professional construction plan, conduct technical briefings, and manage on-site quality control;

3. Proficiently use CAD to draw changes and modifications, and complete the final drawings;

4. Review the monthly completed engineering volume by subcontractors.

5. Calculate the drawings and materials, and submit the procurement plan.

6. Conduct material inspection upon entry, and submit the relevant documents for approval.

7. Manage the subcontracting teams and coordinate the construction work areas;

8. Conduct construction quality inspections and implement timely process control;

9. Solve technical problems during construction;

10. Report major issues in the HVAC professional field promptly, and lead in their resolution.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in engineering or management-related fields;

2. Proficient in both Chinese and English, with over 8 years of on-site management experience;

3. Experienced in HVAC project management or project design;

4. Relevant certificates are preferred;

5. Willing to travel to India for business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
