Shah Alam:
Provide customer service to contract and non-contract clients to drive sales and satisfaction. Lead and coordinate field engineers and technicians for efficient job execution. Achieve service sales, profit, and payment collection targets. Build strong customer relationships and promote new service opportunities. Ensure accurate job costing, forecasting, and high quotation success rates. Maintain effective operations, staff morale, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Science, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience in the air conditioning industry preferred. Junior Executive level in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
