Job Description

Primary functions

Respond to customer complaints timely and effectively to meet sales goals.

Prepare and distribute maintenance records, warranty contracts, installation report and other service reports to the Supervisors.

Build positive relationships and trust with customers by providing outstanding and excellent services.

Provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance.

Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.

Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works within the assigned territory and conduct client demonstration when required.

Perform maintenance and service tasks for customers in assigned territory.

Operate vehicle in a safe manner

Adhere to company's given rules and regulations

Work independently with little supervision & able to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job

Makes continuous improvement through investigation and recommendations to supervisor.

Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
