Salary Range : RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 (based on experiences)
Working Hour : 5 days with 8 hours/day

Requirements :
SPM, SPVM, Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / Air Conditioning / SKM Level 3 or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Strong knowledge and experience of HVAC installation troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Physically fit and willing to work on-site or perform hands-on tasks as required.
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Job Scope :
Identify and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems, including airflow problems, mechanical failures, and temperature inconsistencies.
Be available to respond to urgent HVAC issues and perform immediate repairs to minimize downtime.
Organize, track, and complete work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting on work activities and outcomes.
Work with engineers to suggest improvements or modifications to HVAC designs and installations.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams to support project goals and resolve technical issues.
Identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows, suggesting adjustments to increase efficiency.
Keep detailed records of all service, maintenance, and repair activities for reference and compliance.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines when handling HVAC equipment, refrigerants, and hazardous materials.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the management team.
