Job Description
Description:You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene Assistant will be working closely with the Cluster Hygiene Assistant Manager and responsible developing, implementing and monitoring hygiene standards of the hotel as per Hyatt standards.Qualifications:Ideally, candidates should have a degree in Food Science and Technology or a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is required. Good interpersonal skills and excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English are essential.
