Job Description
Description:You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Senior Duty Engineer is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.Qualifications:Ideally, the candidate should have a degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management. Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience as Shift Engineer/Supervisor in a large hotel or in a similar large building/complex with a central plant. Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and special projects will be valuable. Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment or hydraulics will be an advantage. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
