Requirements

• Malaysian citizen
• Aged 18 years and above
• Minimum qualification: SPM or higher
• No prior experience required
• Must own a personal vehicle (motorcycle/car)
• Possess a valid driving/riding license and valid GDL if driving a company vehicle
• Clean driving record
• No criminal record
• Good attitude and customer-oriented
• Owns an Android phone
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to work on a flexible schedule

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (or until delivery is completed)Delivery Area: Taman Desa

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver parcels to customers, shippers, and stations safely and on time
• Verify customer details with the actual address in the app before and during delivery to ensure coverage accuracy
• Ensure before delivery:
• No parcel discrepancies or mismatches
• All packages are in good and acceptable condition
• Every parcel has an AWB attached
• The parcel count in the app matches the physical parcels
• All parcels are within the assigned coverage and route
• Report and hand over any mismatched or problematic parcels to Station staff
• Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and ensure the amount matches the driver app
• Submit COD collections to the Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily
• Contact customers before marking a delivery as failed if they are unresponsive
• Maintain good behavior and professionalism with customers
• Follow the assigned routes and delivery schedule
• Comply with proof of delivery (POD) requirements
• Follow all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record
• Adhere to Ninja Van's Code of Conduct
• Comply with Ninja Van's Quality Policy and Quality Objectives
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors
