The resort consists of 499 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).

We\'re looking for an experienced Hygiene Executive or aspiring to be required for our Executive Office division.

Job summary

The Hygiene Executive, under the guidance and supervision of the Hygiene Manager or any assigned Managers, is responsible for the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel and to ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical, and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.

Requirement

• Presentable, pleasant, and neat appearance.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Malay; additional language i.e., any local / international language is a definite advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in similar position
• An articulate, self-starter, team player, experience in handling a team and positive role model
• Ability to interact, display initiative and able to multi-task.
• Qualified training programs on hygiene and food safety controls
• Malaysian Nationality only.
