Job Description
Summary You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene Manager monitors hygiene and food safety standard in all areas and makes recommendations to the concerned management staff and fully implements and maintains the HACCP system into the Food & Beverage operation. The Hygiene Manager is expected to be on board in May 2024 . Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia. Ideally with a university degree / diploma in Food Science or Hospitality/Tourism management. Work experience as Hygiene Manager or Assistant Manager - Hygiene in hotel / tourism / airline industry are preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene standards and the ability to implement them while maintaining high standards of hygiene. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
