Job Specifications:
? Diploma in CNC or machining preferred
? Three to five years CNC experience
? Ability to read drawings, machine manuals, technical procedures and quality control specifications/requirements
? Familiarity with a variety of field’s concept, practices and procedures
? Demonstrate strong analytical skills
? Must be able to work effectively within all level of organization
? Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to help foster good cross-functional relationship
? Must fully support all group projects, initiatives or teams as needed
? Must operate in an ethical manner and abide by company rules and regulations at all times
? Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time
? Ability to work any shift needed to support production
? Proficient shop math skills (accurate with decimals & fractions)
? Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
? Demonstrate ability to read and understand instructions and safety criteria provided in English
? Ability to learn and read and understand manufacturing precision measurement equipment
? Have a proactive, positive attitude and strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility
? Highly motivated, self-starter

? Develop and maintains CNC Programs for all machined parts
? Machines production parts to stock and make-to-order using established fixtures, methods and programs
? Operates manual and CNC equipment, including machining centres, lathes, ECD and associated equipment to the proper dimensions and tolerance levels as required by customers
? Fabricates tooling and fixtures, to include preparation of raw materials, setup, and programming of parts
? Conducts in-process and final inspection of parts as required
? Makes machine adjustments to keep part within specification
? Utilizes drawings to determine dimensions of finished parts and required steps to produce parts that fully conform to customer’s specification and quality requirements
? Perform routine maintenance of equipment as directed
? Maintains working area to high level of safety and housekeeping standards
? Demonstrate a total commitment to I-Precision Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policy and complies with all safety rules, client’s local regulations and applicable legislation
