Responsibilities
Join our award winning Keysight Talent Acquisition (TA) Team based in Penang, Malaysia.
Incumbent will report to our Head of TA, Americas, with local HR Management support.
This critical role will support all aspects of Keysights Global Talent System, iCIMS. iCIMS is Keysights recently implemented technology Recruiting. Career Site and Onboarding platform. This will require a critical need within the TA function, leveraging new hiring, screening, assessment, talent pipelining, reporting, analytics & onboarding automation.
Job Responsibilities:

• Be Keysights Recruiting System (iCIMS) subject matter expert and key resource for global recruiters, TA Leaders, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Business HR Managers
• Own and develop Recruiter and Hiring Manager User Training
• Enable and support TA metrics, reporting, system training and documentation
• Point of Contact for day-to-day TA iCIMS system questions/issues
• Lead continuous practical improvements in iCIMS system development and enhancements
• Point of Contact with iCIMS Recruiting System support team
• Partner with our HRIT/HRIS teams regarding Recruiting System integration with our Core HCM platform, SuccessFactors.
• Support and lead the training, communication and document updates for any significant new system releases
• Help drive needed enhancements with iCIMS to improve the system

Day to day support responsibilities:

• Support includes: providing day to day tactical system support, trouble-shooting user issues, creating, updating and delivering Recruiter system training, improving the systems user experience for Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates while driving continual improvements based on user observations and feedback.
• Support enhancements and additional US & Canada functionality release in May/June

Global Support Responsibilities:

• Key member of Global Recruiting System team
• Help GTA Team develop Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) data analytics and maintain regular Recruiting reporting and dashboards supporting Recruiters, Hiring Managers and BHRs across the globe.
• Creation and Improvements of our GTA Dashboard dashboards
• Create various custom and standardized reports based on business needs
• Establish and leverage working network of iCIMS systems customers to understand and leverage best practices and share system learnings

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Flexibility to work remote hours supporting US and EMEA time zone meetings as needed
• Bachelors degree ideally in Business Administration, Data Analysis or Information Systems
• 10-15+ years of related HR technology work experience
• Ability to develop positive working relationships and trust with global users and colleagues in a virtual meeting environment
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities, achieve results and consistently deliver
• Energetic, pro-active, results oriented and effective in achieving results working with remote teams
• Excellent team player who is interested in enabling our HR organization to build "best-in-class' practices
• Project management skills
• 2+ years of iCIMS ATS System Admin expereince
• Effective presentation and communication skills
