- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company\'s products or services.
- Use strong communication skills to present and sell company products or services to potential clients.
- Identify potential customers through lead-generation tactics like cold-calling, attending trade shows, and building mailing lists.
- Negotiate sales terms and provide product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Research and recommend new opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and report on sales progress.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a customer database and document all customer interactions and transactions
- Proficiency in Cantonese is highly preferred as this role will involve managing Hong Kong
