The Role Responsibilities

Business, Processes and Risk Management
  • ICS controls management for the areas of responsibility including vulnerability management across all ICS domains, purple testing, penetration testing etc
  • Security review and risk assessment of technology changes
  • Cloud ICS controls governance and risk assessment of the changes
  • ICS gaps, vulnerability and testing focal point across CPBB.
  • Coordinate ICS gaps remediation.
  • Coordinate ICS BAU remediation.
  • Partnership with business and technology to prepare testing scenarios (purple testing) to prove controls effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with bank\xe2\x80\x99s policy and standards.
People and Talent
  • Team player
  • Continuously upskill to remain current with the cyber threats and security.
Governance
  • ICS Controls metrics oversight
  • Prepare periodical reports on remediation and security posture of the business.
  • Track progress of remediation work and escalate any deficiencies promptly.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.   • Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakeholders
  • TDR group, T&I, CPBB
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Willingness to learn about the technology and cyber threat environment.
  • Engineer / bachelor\'s degree
  • Advantage for any of those certificates: CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CCSP
Role Specific Competencies
  • At least 5 years of related experience in the Cyber Security domain
  • Very good knowledge of at least one ICS domain (e.g. IAM, Network Security etc) and relevant technology solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud and security risks relevant to migration to cloud
  • Prior Vulnerability Management experience preferred.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Understanding of cyber threat landscape
