We invite applications for the role of ICT Manager / Senior Manager. This pivotal position plays a crucial role in supporting the University\'s strategic goals through effective management of ICT services and infrastructure, enhancing our reputation as a leader in innovation and education.

Your new role

• Lead the ICT department, developing strategic plans in line with the University\xe2\x80\x99s vision and goals. This includes short terms and long-term plans on ICT services and infrastructure of the campus.

• Ensure the effective and efficient operation of all ICT services and infrastructure including software integration for the campus.

• Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative processes including overseeing the development of new software and applications for various stakeholders within the campus.

• Maintain the highest level of data security and compliance with international standards.

• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Oversee medium to large-scale ICT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to identify and fulfil technology requirements.\xe2\x80\xa2Prepare and manage the ICT budget, optimizing resource allocation and expenditure.\xef\xbb\xbf

About you

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICT sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and teams.

• Strong understanding of current educational technology trends and issues.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\xef\xbb\xbf
