We invite applications for the role of ICT Manager / Senior Manager. This pivotal position plays a crucial role in supporting the University\'s strategic goals through effective management of ICT services and infrastructure, enhancing our reputation as a leader in innovation and education. Your new role Lead the ICT department, developing strategic plans in line with the University\'s vision and goals. This includes short terms and long-term plans on ICT services and infrastructure of the campus. Ensure the effective and efficient operation of all ICT services and infrastructure including software integration for the campus. Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative processes including overseeing the development of new software and applications for various stakeholders within the campus. Maintain the highest level of data security and compliance with international standards. Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Oversee medium to large-scale ICT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders across the University to identify and fulfil technology requirements. Prepare and manage the ICT budget, optimizing resource allocation and expenditure. About you Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICT sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and teams. Strong understanding of current educational technology trends and issues. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
