Job Description

Responsibility:

• Responsible for software and hardware installation, debugging, maintenance and management;
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Windows/Linux server

-Working experience in AD framework is preferred -Working experience in SCCM system is preferred -O365 operation and maintenance experience, or mail gateway operation and maintenance experience is preferred -Cloud platform maintenance experience is preferred

• Product experience with SDWAN, Fortinet firewall, Sangfor AC, H3C switch is preferred
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, management, and backup of SQL server and MySQL database
• Collect and analyze the internal information of the server.
• Use various system tools to manage the company\'s business and collect operation management data.
• Responsible for virus protection and network security management of the system
• Responsible for the company\'s network optimization and maintenance
• Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members to understand and meet customer requirements and effectively explain technical issues and solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to other engineers to improve team technical skills.

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in Computer Engineer or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer
• Proficient in database, operating system, network, security, and other related knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work with technical and non-technical team members, understand and meet customer requirements, and effectively explain technical issues and solutions
• Good in English and Mandarin
• Work independently and travel frequently
• ABLE TO SPEAK MANDARIN

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM8,000.00 per month Schedule:
